Little Trucker and Gabs a Trucker

Terry may kill me for posting this pic but I couldn't resist it. Personally I think we look pretty darn cute especially since we'd just finished crossing over the Big Dam Bridge--TWICE--in 90F heat and humidity. Next time I'll take you on a more shaded part of the trail, James and I got lost trying to find the mountain bike short loop trail head and found all kinds of neat portions of the Rivertrail that would've been a lot cooler (and flatter).

The two most gorgeous bloggers on my list - together! Wooo Hooo!
:-)

I heard the yarn and the truck aircon one. If Terry has told you, then ask her, Gabby! :-)

Indy,

Thank you {blushing}! But I think we're the only 2 bloggers on your list, LOL.

Hey Gabby...What Indy is referring to...While we were gone, I left my apu running to keep the truck nice and cool. When I returned....It was 100 degrees inside the truck. I left the FAN on instead of the AC, so it was nice and toasty. At least it was cooled down by the time I got finished with my shower....And James forgot to mention all the 35 mph curves on hwy 65....LOL I was holding up the locals!! LOL..Great road though and I got some beautiful sunset pictures in the Ozarks!!

Okay! Even if there were dozens on my list, you pair would be my favourites! :-)

Terry,
ugh, hate when that happens with the apu. James had said that it was fairly hilly and twisty just before he asked how much weight you were hauling that day but I think we were talking during that part. Locals are used to the trucks, they just grumble a little ;-). One of these days we'll have to tell you the story of going to bed on Hwy 65 with stars out and waking up with snow up to the truck steps.

Yeah..I heard James mention the twists, I was just surprised as some of the downhill ones were not marked well for appropriate speed.....and it wasnt the car drivers I was holding up, it was the local daycabs!!! I was courteous and let them slip by as often as I could.....It was a very nice road, Just need to become more accustomed to it...besides, I was too busy gazing at the most beautiful Ozark sunset!!
